Meet Nicolette
For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved food—and everything about it. After spending years working in marketing and wellness / integrative nutrition (I’m also a Certified Holistic Health Coach), I decided to officially pivot to the culinary world. I attended and graduated "highly commended" from Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland.
I believe that healthy, nourishing food doesn't need to be bland or boring and that there's also room for indulging in your favorite dishes from time to time—that's part of the joy of life. I value whole-food ingredients, choosing organic, pasture-raised, grass-fed / finished, wild-caught, and local whenever possible, and I enjoy creating meals with an abundance of seasonal produce. I love trying new recipes or elevating a client's go-to dish with a unique, nutrient-dense ingredient. I find cooking inspiration through travel, as well as the ever-changing dining scene in NYC. To me, eating a meal is more than just sustenance—it's an experience, and one that often brings people together, creating new memories or conjuring up old ones with just one bite.
From cooking on sailboats in Italy to weekly meal preps in the city and festive dinner parties, I’d be honored to collaborate and help you make more food memories.
